Peruvian archaeologist and first year PhD student in Anthropology focus on Andean Archaeology. Christian got his Bachelors degree in Social Sciences from National University of San Marcos and then his Masters degree in archaeology from Pontifical Catholic University, both in Peru. 

His main interests are Social Complexity in Early Periods, Monumental Architecture, Ritual Spaces, and the Peruvian Formative Period. He is particularly interested in the study of U-shaped Temples of the central coast of Peru. Christian has directed his own research with fieldwork and co-directed different archaeological projects with foreign colleagues. Currently, he works as researcher in the Ministry of Culture of Peru.
