Archeology & Medieval Studies is hosting a cooking class! We will be making “Medieval Foods”.
We'll mix up peppery mustard sauce, tangy-sweet cameline, herbaceous green sauce, savory jance, and a nutty applesauce dessert. Bakery fresh bread and oven-roasted chicken skewers will be served for sampling the sauces.
